OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A. STREET IMPROW714ENT DISTRICT
TO DE KRTOTN AS STREET I 9PROVIWTI NT DISTRICT NO.367,
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward making of local improvements therein by forming the terri-
tory hereinafter described into an improvement district for the
purpdses hereinafter set out,
THF,REFOIB, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1: That said Street Improvement District No. 3�
of the City of Little Rock be, and the
said established for the purppse of mak
therein by grading, draining, curbing,

the boundaries of said district shall include the following
property:
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Blocks 225, 226, 227, 228,
2299 230, 2319 232, and 233; and Lots 7 to 12
inclusive of Blocks 243, 2440 2569 246, 247, 248,
2490 250 and 251, all in the original city of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances and 'parts of ordinances
