AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE IvUTuII3ER 3091
OF TIE CITY OF LITT E ROCK, ARRANSAS
:MREAS, ordinance number 3091 of the City of Little Rock did
create Curb, Gutter and Grading Improvement District Teo. 337,
and
WHEREAS, because of certain errors in the formation of said
district, it will not be possible to carry said improvement out,
and
WI EREAS, it is proposed to form a new district to carry out the
improvement contemplated in District No 337.
NOW THEFfEFORE : Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock:
Section 1. That ordinance No 3091 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby repealed, and forever
held for naught; and all proceedings had under and by virtue of
said ordinance -re hereby set aside and held for naught. The City
Clerk is directed and authorized to return to the Commissioners
the assessment boot: of said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage.
