AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINAN`E NMER 3092
OF TIM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAITSAS
WIMMAS, ordinance number 3092 of the City of Little Rock did
create Street Improvement District No. 338, an d
dlE EAS, because of certain errors in the formation of said
district, it will not be possible to carry said improvement out,
and
IREAS, it is prpposed to form a new district to carryout the
improvement contemplated in District No. 338.
EOW THEBEFORE : Be it Ordained by the City- Council of the City of
Little Rock:
Section 1. That ordinance No. 3092 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas be and the same is hereby repealed, and forever
held for naught; and all proceedings had under and by virtue of
said ordinance E.re hereby set aside and held for naught. The City
Clerk is directed and authorized to return to the Commissioners
the assessment book of said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shUll be in force and effect from
and after its passage.
