AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZI4G AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK TO DRAW THE CITY'S DEED TO A STRIP OF
THE SOUTH SIDE OF CRYSTAL AVENUE FROM COURT STREET 135
FEET EAST, MORE OR LESS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owners of the property adjacent to
Crystal Avenue, extending from Court Street 135 feet, more
or less, east, have agreed to change Crystal Avenue by
taking a strip from the southern boundary of same and add-
ing a similar strip to the street taken from the property
adjacent to the northern boundary of said Crystal Avenue,
AND V,[HEREAS, the owner of said strip adjacent to
the northern boundary of Crystal Court has made a deed
conveying same to the city, Now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1, The Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's deed
to a part of Lot 6, Block 2, Colonial Addition to the City
of Little Rock, which has been dedicated in the street known
as Crystal Avenue, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6,
Block 21 and running thence north 8 ft; thence
south 86 degrees, 40 rain. east, 135.4 ft., mo�e
or less, to the southeast corner of Lot 6; thence
west 135 ft. to the point of beginning;
Said deed to be made to Gordon N. Peay, Jr., and Rosalind
Byrne Peay.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in

conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect from and after its passage.
