AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $333.33 TO THE AR:
A REFUND ON LICENSE TA7 PAID TO COVER FROM -�EPTMT BER 18T TO DECEM-
BER 313T, 1923, Ar'TD CR OTHER PURPOSES.
ZEMS , the Arkansan eater Company is required to pay a
new license tax, effective with the month of September 1923, and,
4HE:REAS, the said company has paid a license tax of one
thousand dollars for the year 1923, NO,f IHEREFORM,
BE IT ORDAILYD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
SECTICN 1. That the Sum of $333.33 be, and the same is
hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue fund,
not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of refunding the pro -
rats, amount paid from aeptember lst to December 31st, 192:, to the
Arkansaw Water Company, and the �dayor and City Clerk are hereby
!authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant for the sure Cc
$333.33, made payable to the Arkansan Water Company and with maturity
date of October 20th, 1923.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
