COMPANY FOR FUl�:RAT, FXPT -`LASES CF LUTHER C. RAY, AND 0—
XXXXXXX FOR 4 07 -:'Tt PURPOSES.' 1,
ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the sum of $,539.50 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue Fund,
not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying P. H. Ruebel,
& Co. for funeral expenses of Luther C. Hay, detective killed on
duty, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directe
to draw the city's warrant for the sum of 539.50, made payable to
P. H. Ruebel & Co., at such matuaity as in their discretion may be
for the best interest of the city.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
ills ?passage.
