KBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUP C IL OF TIC{,' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $438.00 be, and the same is 4
eby appropriate_ out of city moneys in the General Revenue Fund,
otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of purchasing one Chevro-
t Roadster automobile for the Garbage Department, and permission
is hereby granted for the exchanging of the old autombile used by
said departmen6 at an allowance of $150.00; and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to draw the City's warralt
for the sum of ;;438.00, made payable to the
t'il maturity at such date as in their discretion may be for the
est interettt of the city.
