An Ordinance Levying the Assessments Upon the hots, Blocks and
Parcels of Land in Serer Impro ement District No. 87 of the City'of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and in Patrick Powers ddition : Innex to Said

BE IT ORDAII`uED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Whereas, a majority in value of the property owners owning
property adjoining the locality to be affected and S-i-tuate in Sesser Im-

provement District No. 87 of the City of Tittle Rock, and a majority in
value of the property owners owning property adjoining the locality to
be affected and situate in Patrick Powers Addition Annex to said Sewer
Improvement District No. 87 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, both
the original addition and the annex thereto being heretofore organized
for the purpose of constructing a system of sewers, have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Rock for the construction of said im-
provement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real
property of said district and of said annex, according to the benefits
received; and,
1,7hereas, said benefits received by each and every block, lot
and parcel of real property situate in said district and in said annex
equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and,
71hereas, the estimated cost of said improvement, both within
the territory included in the original district and in the annex there-
to, is 613469.50; therefore,
It is Now Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock:
� That said several blocks, lots and parcels of real property,
both in said district and in said annex thereto, be assessed according
to the assessment list for said district and said annex as the same now

remains in the office of the City Clerk, and that ten per cent per
ann= of the assessed benefits on each of said blocks, lots and parcels
of land shall be paid annually, on or before the first day of September
of each year, until the whole of said local assessment shall be paid.
