3308MVW r L] ORDIITAITCE ITO. 3308. rn Ordinance Levying the assessments Upon the Blocks, Lots and Parcels of Land in Street Improvement District No. 278 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. , BE IT ORD_1II ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OE' LITTLE ROCK: Whereas, a majority in value of the property owners owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situate in Street Improvement District No. 278 of the City of Little Sock,•organized for R the purpose of grading and paving the streets set out in their petition, have petitioned the Council of the City of)Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said district, according to the bene- fits received; and, '; "he-reas, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel of real property situate in said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and, s SS 'Thereas, the estimated cost of said improvement is�� Therefore,It is.
