Gn Ordinance changing the assessments of the value of benefits re-
ceived by the owners of the several blocks, lots and parcels of
land situated within street Improvement District No. 343, of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
':F1 RAS, the Uity Council of the Oity oflitsl Lock, - rkanses
did, on 2 1923, pass Ordinance Yo. levying an
assessment of benefits according to the assessment list for said
Improvement District 1o. 343, as the same noj,i remains in the office
of the Clerk; and
iv�REAS said Ordinance did direct that eight per centum
each of sa,i(I blocks, lots and parcels shall be paid on or before
the lst day of October 1923, ,,nd that a like sum shall be paid on
or before the lst day of October of each year thereafter until the
whole of said assessment shall be paid;

read that the several blocks, lots and parcels of real property in
said district be assessed according to the asses eient list for
said iLprovement district as the same no ,,,a remains. in the office of
the City Olerk, and that ten per centum oC each of said blocks,
lots and parcels shall be paid on or before the lst day of October
1923, and that a like sum shall be paid on or before t_ie lst day
of October of each year thereafter until the whole of said assess-
ment shall.be paid.
Lieetion 2• That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall
take
effect and be in full
force
from and after its passage.
