"AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SCHLDUL : OF NATURAL GAS RATES FILED BY THE
LITTLE ROCK GAS & FUEL COMPANT. "
Be it Orik and byY - # -he 'City Council of the City of Little Rock:
SECTION 1. The schedule of natural gas rates filed and publish-
ed by the Little Rook Gas & Fuel Company, effective December 1, 1923, is here-
by approved, which schedule is as follows, to— wit : —
shall pay a flat rate of 50¢ per fiscal month, or any part thereof, for each
month that his pipes are connected with the distributing pipes of said company
and gas is turned on so that such consumer may have the opportunity of using
it during that month or some part of it.
SECTION 2. That if there is a shortage of bas at any time so
that the supply is not suffici for the needs of all consumers, preference
shall be given to domestic consumers.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
