BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUCIL OF THE QITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, A_RZANSAS:
SECTION 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 3308
levying the assessments upon the blocks, lots and parcels
of land in Street Improvement District Pao. 278 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on August 13th,
1923, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read, as
follows:
"Section 1.. That said several blocks, lots and
parcels of real property in said district be assessed
according to the assessment list for said Improvement
District as the same now remains in the office of the
City Clerk, and that six aria two-thirds (6 -2/3) per cent
of the assessed benefits on each of said blocks, lots
and parcels of land shall.be paid in 1923, nine (9) per
cent thereof shall be paid in 1924, nine (9) per cent
thereof shall be paid in 1925, nine (9) per cent thereof
shall be paid in 1926, nine and one -half (9 -1/2) per cent
thereof shall be .paid in 1927, nine and one -half (9 -1/2)
per cent thereof shall be paid in 1928, nine (9) per cent
thereof shall be paid in 1929, nine and one -half (9 -1/2)
per cent thereof shall be paid in 1930, nine and one -half
(9 -1/2) per cent thereof shall be paid in 1931, nine (9)
per cent thereof shall be paid in 1932 and nine and one -
half (9 -1%2) per cent thereof shall be paid in 1933, on
or before the first day of September of each year
respectively, until the whole of said local assessment
shall 1>e paid."
