AN ORDINANCZ LAYING OFF A CERTAIL 20RTIO.1i OF TH.E
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARir.ANSAS , INTO A LOCAL
I12ROVEIE&NT DISTRICT ALL DESIGNATING THE BOUNDS
THEREOF, SAID DISTRICT TO BE T' OMIT AS "STREET
I1 ROVELENT DISTRICT NO.377 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCZ, A"`" ITSAS."
JHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
the bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council
of the City of Little ock, Arkansas, to take steps looking
toward the making of local improvements therein by
grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving in such
manner and with such materials as the commissioners of
said district shall determine to be for the best interests
of the district, the following street, to -grit: Pearl
Avenue from the south property line of_ �.arkham Street to
the north property line of west Ca -altol. Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TEE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, AIREANSAS:
Section 1. That "Street Improvement District No. 377
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas," be and the same hereby
-. is created, laid out and established for the purpose of
making local improvements therein by grading, draining,
curbing, guttering and paving in such manner and with such
materials as the commissioners of said district shall
determine to be for the best interests of the district,
the following street, to -wit: Pearl Avenue from the south
property line of I..ar ,ham Street to the north property line
of west Capitol Avenue, in accordance with an Act of the
General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An
Act To Regulate The :.ginner of Assessing Real Property

Class," approved larch 22, 1881, and amendments thereto.
2ection 2. That the District hereby created, laid
out and established shall include that portion of the City
of Little Rock, - 2ulaski County, Arkansas, described, as
follows, to- wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11,
in block five; lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21 and 22, in block four; lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 50 6, 79 89 9, 100
11, 12, 13 and 14, in block six; lots 19, 20, 21, 229 230
24, 25 and 26 in bloc: seven; lots 1, 2, 3, 1110 12 and 13
in block eight; all in Young's Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulas'tJ County, Ar',-ansas.
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and publication; and the City Clerk is hereby
ordered within twenty days from the passage of this ordinance
to publish same in some newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Little Roek., Arkansas, for one insertion.
