OF THE CITY Or LIT Mr, ROCK, AcRKANSAS.
AREAS, a majority in value of the owners of
real property owning real property adjoining the locality to
be affected and situated - ?ithin Street Improvement District
No. 353 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for
the purpose of doing the necessary draining and paving in
such manner and Tvith such materials as the commissioners of
said District shall determine to be for the best interests
of the District, the streets set out in their petition, have
petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock for
the construction of said improvements and the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property within said District
according; to the benefits received;
TYEREAS, the benefits received by each and every
lot, block, parcel or other sub - division of real property
situated within said District equals or exceeds the local
assessment thereon; and
17H.714.11EAS9 the estimated cost of said improvement
is 48,810.00;
NOW, THERE FORE, B_3, IT ORDAINED by the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION I: That the said several lots, blocks,
parcels or other sub - divisions of real property !. ,7ithin said
'"treet Improvement D' strict No. 353 be, and they ax-e hereby,
assessed according to the assessment list for said Street Improve-
ment District as the s�se now remains -in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the same may be annually

the Board of _assessors,
and
that -- ten - per
centum of said
assessments of the value
of
the benefits on
each of said lots, blocks, parcels or other sub - divisions of
real property in said District shall be osid annually on or
before the 15th _ day of _ Ja,nu,wry of each year until the
vfhols of said assessment shall have been paid.
The first annual payment shall be made on or before
the me day of Januax v. 1924.
SECTI OPT 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict here,ri th are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its Passage.
