SECTION 1. That the sum of G. 1
or as nTuch thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated
out of any monies in the Street fund not otherwise appropriated
for the purpose of purchasing one tractor for the Street De-
partment, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby autrmrized
and directed to dray the city's warfant, or warrants, for the
