BE IT ORDAINED BY �'N � CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY 0�' LIi'TLE ROCK: SEC`T'ION 1. The privilege is hereby granted to H. �,. Beadle, i� his heirs and assigns, to construct and maintain, at their own ex- ei1se, a certain sewer main, extending from the sewer main on P:enty- fourth 6treet, a distance of three hundred and twenty -five feet, more or less, to Twenty -fifth Street, a. long the alley between Pulaski and Cross Streets. SECTION 2. Said sewer shall be constructed in a good acid i,'orkmanlike manner, the said H. ". Beadle paying all the expenses thereof, and he is authorized to permit or prev6nt connections thereto by any person, firm or corporation except upon the terms and conditions herein specified. SECTION 3. any person, firm or corporation being the owner or owners of any lot of land, not exceeding fifty by one hun:7.red fifty feet, adjacent or accessible to said sewer, shall be permitted to "orm a connection with the said sewer constructed by the said H. ail. Beadle upon the payment to the City jollector of a sum not to exceed X50.00 for each connection 'or a lot of the above dimensions or any portion thereof, in addition tg the usual connectingt- fee ,8`required. SECTION 4. No permit shall be issued for any connection thereto until after the above discribed fees have been paid. The Aity "ollector shall receive a commission of 3 per cent for making such collections, besides the usual connection fee, as proveded for; the remainder of the fee collected shall be for the account of H. '�.��Beadle , his heirs or assigns, seltlements' to be made .by.the City collector t!Jith the said H. y'. Beadle, his heirs -or assigns, at expiration o° every six months. i 6ECTION5. In all events, regardless of the number of connections made or tf the mounts paid to the said H. W. Beadle, his heirs or assigns, all of the rights, title acid interest of the said H. ad. Beadle, his heirs or assigns, or anyone claiming or holding tjnder or them, shall cease and terminate at the expiration of five years from the date of the passage of this ordinance, and all rights of the said H. 14. Beadle, his heirs or assigns, or any- one claiming; or holding under him under fihis franchise shall revert to the Uity. 6ECTIC 1 6.
