PURPOSES.
VEEREAS, the City of Tuttle Rock, on the day of
authorizeythe Oakland aemefery Board of
oixiissioners` tenter &nto a contract with the Southwestern
Iausoleum Compaq to build a Community mausoleum in Oakland
Cemetery, and,
"HEREAS, the Southwestern 1 ausoleum Company pledged its
interests to the State Building & 10an Association and the said
Association did foi eclose and take over the Mausoleum, and,
iIMRELS, th'_e slid mausoleum has beep, offered to the Board
and tl-.e said Board thinks it advisa•le to purchase the mausoleum,
paying for same from the sale of crypts, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY CO a iC IL OF THE: C ITY OF LITTLE' ROCK.:
Section 1. That the Oakland Cemetery Bo,--.rd- of Com_iission. rs

& loan Association for paying the purchase price out�t he sales
