BE - 'T ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LI TTT,E ROCK;
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted to the City
Delivery Company to erect a frame,stuceo building, with tile roof,
and concrete driveways, on lot 6, block 171, at 1023 Center
Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are held not to be in effect only so far as
affects this ordinance, =ind this ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage.
