this hospital donation fiend for the purpose of paying for
improvements and furnishings for the City of Little Roc's
Ne.r General Hospital, as ap,±.)roved by the Hose ital &C Health
Co,nmittee of the City Council, %4hich is irL charge of build-
ing the ne,.v hospital, to the extent of ,000.00 or as
