An Ordinance Fixing the ', idth of Prospect Avenue from North ,'v'oodrow
Street to Berry Street, Providing for the Dioving of Poles,
Hydrants and Other Obstructions to a 'oint Tithin the
New Curb Limits, as Hereinafter Defined, and for
other purposes.
01hereas, The paving of Prospect r venue from North , oodrow
Street to Berry Street necessitates a changing of the width of said
street as heretofore defined; Now., Therefore;
BE IT ORDiINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the width of the driveway of 'rospect Avenue;
from North '.Voodrow Street to Berry Street shall be - (fig
feet from curb to curb, and that in order to make such driveway
said width the curb on the north and east side of said Prospect
Avenue be moved back towards the property line a distance of.eight
(8) feet from its present location.
Section L:. That all persons, firms or corporations having
poles, hydrants and other obstructions between the new curb lines
upon said streets, as herein defined, be and they are hereby re-
quired to, within ,= days from this date, remove and reset
all their said poles, hydrants or other obstructions so that they
shall be placed just back of the said new curb lines and of st- said
driveway.
Section 3. That curb corners shall be placed at all inter-
secting streets, using adequate radii for same to fully care for
motor traffic.
Section 4. Such portions of Blocks 3 and 5, Midland Hills
"Iddition, as have heretofore been added to Prospect !_venue under

former ordinances are her eb�y reinvested in the ad'acent Aproperty
owners, except as •
Section 5. Ordinance No. 3186, passed Iday 7, 1923, and all
ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed in so far only as they are in direct conflict with this
ordinance, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
on and after its passage.
