IM DESIGNATING THEE BOUNDARY =EOF.
NHER,AS, more than ten owners of real property
within that portion of Little Rock, :G'ulaski County, Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the city council to
take steps towards making local improvements therein by
forming the territory hereinafter described into an
improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set out:
THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the city council
of the City of Little Rock:
Section 1. That said Street Improvement
District 1 o .3 % of the City of Little hock, be, and the
same is hereby created and established for the purpose of R_
making local improvements therein by grading, draining,
curbing, guttering and the paving of said streets in
such a manner and .Frith such material as the commissioners
of said District shall deem to be for the best interests
of the District, the folio,,-ring streets in Said City:
Thayer Street from the south line of l..arkham
Street, thence south for a distance of 860 feet;
Fountain Street from the south line of lAarkham,
Street, thence south for a distance of 575 feet;
Grove# Circle from the east curb line of Thayer,
thence rarest 49Q.5 feet to the ,rest cure line of
Fountain Avenue:
all in the City of Little Pock, Arkansas, in accordance 1.=11.th
an act of the General ksser.ibly of the State of Arkansas
entitled "An ^ et to Regulate Local Tmprov ements in Cities
of t' .e T'irst Class ", Approved March 22,1981, and amendments
thereto; that the boundaries or the said District shall
include the ollowi7g property:

The boundaries of the District shall include
all real property bounding or abutting upon the portion
of said streets that are to be improved as aforesaid;
and running back a distance of 150 feet therefrom, except
that no -oart of Tots twelve(12), thirteen(13), and fourteen
(14) of Block Ti Tree (3) of Youngs ?ark Addition shall be
included in the District.
Section 2. all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this ordinance shall take effect and be in -force from and
aster its passage, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered
within twenty days from the date of its passage to publish
the same in some netArspaper published in the City of Little
Rock for one insertion.
