o,vning property adjoining the locality to be affected and
situated :1iithin Street Improvement J trict N-). 373 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the pur-
pose of making local improvements therein by grading,
draining, curbing, guttering and paving in such manner
and with such materials as the commissioners of said
District shall determine to be for the best interests of
the District, on' the streets as set out in their petition,
having petitioned the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the construction of the improvement, and that the cost
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property within
said District, acco rdinz to the benefits received; and,
4MREAS, said benefits received by each and every
block, lot, parcel and other sub- division of real property
situated within said District equal or exceed the
local assessment thereon; and,
1HEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Forty -six Dollars and
Seventy -eight Cents 016,446.78);
THEREFORE, it is no,,.- ordained by the City Coun� it of

ittle hock, ArR�sas;
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots, parcels
andotber sub- di'visions of real property irithin said
Street Improvement District No. 373 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas be, and they are hereby assessed according
to the assessment list for said improvement district as the
same now remains in the office of the City Clcrk in the
City of Tittle Rock, Arkansas, and as the same may be
annually adjusted by the Board of AssFssors, and that
seven per centum of said assessment of the value of the
benefits on each of said blocks, lots, parcels and other

sub - divisions of land shall be paid on or before the
first day of ,ay of eaoh year until the iwhole of said
assessment shall have been paid. The first annual
payment shall be made on or before the first day of
!,:a y, 19 24.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ardinances in conflict herewith are hereby revealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
