ayCTION 1. that Section 2 of Ordinance number 2391
be amended to read as follows: t' aection 2. That any
railway company or corporation owning, operating or con-
trolling arW line of railway •..vithin the corporate limits
of the Cit,7 of Tittle Pock whers such railwV track crosses
East Ninth atreet within the li -aits aforesaid, shall main-
tain a - iatchman at such grade crossings both day and night;
provided, this shall not apply to the Chicago, Roc!r. Island
and Pacific Railroad Company's crossing on said East Ninth
6treet and at said crossing t'ne said railway company shall
maintain a watchman from six A.M. to twelve thirty. A. 1.1.
