APPROPRIATING 0207.95 TO PAY FOR TM, COAT
OF PAVING INT RS�CTION OF PEST 23rd and
RINGO STR HTS AND FOR OTH-3R PURPOS: :]S.
WHEREAS, it became necessary for the general good
of the city, to replace the worn out wooden block pavement in
the intersection of ,lest 23rd Street with Ringo Street by a
sheet asphalt surface, and
WHER AS said work has been done by Street Improve-
ment District No. 344 of the City of Little Rock under an agree-
meat that it would be reimbursed for one -half of the cost there-
of, and
MR_AS, the City's share of the cost of re- surfacing
said annexation is X207.95
NOWD THER :FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THII CITY OF LITTL3 ROCK, ARKANSAS:
S _&CTI ON 1: That the sum of $207.95 be, and the same
is hereby apprdpriated out of any monies remaining in the �en-
eral revenue fund of said City, to be pajable to the orddr of
the commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 344 to
reimburse said District for money spent by it to nave the inter-
section of Nest 23rd Street with Ringo Street.
S.CTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances
inconflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in force and effect from and after its passage.
