Section 1. That the sum of rive hundred(:;r500.00) dollars be and the sane
is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue fund not otherwise
pppro?pria.ted for the purpose of paying Pearse - Robinson, Park DesiLners and Lcmd-
scare Engineers first payment due or: their contract with the City, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the City's warrant in-
the sum of Nb00.00, made payable to Pears e- Robinson, and with such maturity as their
discretion may deem it to be to the best interest of the City.

Section. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passages
