Section . It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
riding bicycles upon t1,e streets of the City of Little Rock

•catch on to any moving vehicle.

f' Section . Any person or persons violating any provision of

this ordinance shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not
less than (.dollars).
Section( gll ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in of °ect
from and after its passage.

tions or to turn in the middle of a block,or anyTjhgre be-
tweer street crossings except in the manner that automobiles
and other vehicles'are required to turn,that is, no bicycle
