`i AS, r.ore than ten ov,ners of real property in
that portion of the City of Little Rock, in the State of
Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned the City
Council to take steps toward the making of a local imxmroverrient
in said city by forming; said territory into an improvement
district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NO`T, TIEM;'PO ', Be it ordained by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all the real property situate within
the folloirring boundaries, to -wit:
Begin at a point on the - ,'lest property line
of ToodrotiRT Street one hundred and fifty (150)
feet north of the north property line of
T -,entieth Street thence ro west parallel with
Twentieth Street to the east property line of
Cedar Street; thence go south along; the east
property line of Cedar Street to a point one
hundred and fifty (150) feet south of the south
T
roperty line of Twentieth Street; thence go
east parallel with Twentieth Street to the
vest property line of Woodrow Street; thence
r:Lorth to the point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local
improvement district for the purpose of grading, graveling,
paving, curbing, and guttering T11-entieth Street fron Woodrow
Street to Cedar Street; said improver__ents to be of such
materials and dimensions and to be made in such manner as the
commissioners to be a-rpointed may deem to be to the 'hest
interest of the district; and that said district be designated
as Street Improvement ?district No. 383 of the City of Little
'lock.
Section 2. This ordinance shall t a':e effect a.r.d be in
force from and after its passage.
