A GALVANIZED IRON GARAGE ADJOINING THE BUILDIIIG LOCATED AT
220 SHERI:1 ='1I STi "'ET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE TT ORDAIDED BY THE CITY COUNCIT, OF THE CTTY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARr,,ANSAS.
SECTIOE1. That C.E.Smith is hereby granted nermissicn
to erect a galvaniend iron garage next to and adjoining his
present brier warehouse located at 220 Sherman Street, said
brick warehouse to form one side of said garage. The roof
of said garage to be of at least a four ply asphalt roofing.
SECTIOiI 2. Th-4t all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
with the erection of this type of building at the above mentioned
location.
