AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO SAM J. STHORTZ
TO ERECT A BRICK VENEER Aj?ARTM ;NT HOUSE ON LOTS 4, 5 and
6 BLOCK 423 OF DUVALL'S ADDITION TO TIM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARI:AN SAS.
SECTION 1. That Sam J. Sthortz is hereby grunted permission
to erect a brick veneer apmrtment house on Lots 4, 5 and 6,Block
483 of Duvall's Addition to the City of Little Rock, said rbouerty
being located at 1921 P:?ain Street.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they
conflict with the erection of this type of building at this loc-
ation.
