Ptj1323JAS, more than ten owners of real pro perty wi thin
that portion of Tittle Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps torTard
the making of local improvements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter described into an i:norovament district for the -our-noses
hereinafter set out:

S'.CTIOTT 1: That said Street Improvement District No.
382 of the City of Little loch be, and the - ,me is hereby created
and established for the Purpose of making local improvements there-
in by grading, draining, curbing, guttering; and -oaving in such man-
ner and with such materials as the commissioners of said dis +rict
shall determine to be for the best interests of the district., the
foll_o %-ling streets:
I.iaple and Oak Streets, resoactively, from the north
property line of Lee Avenue to the south property
line of - 'ro,-peet avenue,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance Frith an Act
of the Gsneral Assembly of the State of Ar:.ansas entitled "in Act
to Regulate Local Im )rovements in Cities of the First Class ", approved
Idarch 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of sue: d
District shall include the following property:
Lots 10 to 18 inclusive of Block 3, and all of
Bloc: 4, in Auten , Moss' addition; and
Lot: 1 to 9 inclusive o Block 1 in .'ulaski Heights
Addition.

S 14CTI ON 2: That all ordinances and oarts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passaEe, and the City Clerk is hereby
ordered --7i thin t-7enty days from the date of its passage
to publish the same in some newsnaperablished In the
City of Little Rock for one insertion.
