a Community :.Iauuoleum in Oakland Cemetery, and,
IP? 22kS, the Southwestern I.Isusoleum Company mortgaged its
interests to the State Building & Loan «ssociation and the said
Association did foreclose and ta'.e over the .Iausoleum and all in-
terest of said Company therein, and,
YTi� EaS, the said mausoleum, or all unsold space therein,
has been offered to the Board for the sum of Fourteen Thousand
Dollars (w14,000.00), and the said Board thinks it advisable to
purchase said property for saii amount, now,therefore,
BE IT O3DAIITZD BY THE CITY COUI?CIL OF 2HE CITY OF LITTLE 100.::
Section 1. That the Oakland Cemetery Board of Commissioners
be and the same is hereby authorized to purchase the said mausoleum
roperty and pay therefor the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
'14,000.00), by any arrangements that may be made with the State

Section Z. This ordinance shall tare effect and be in full
farce from and after its passage.
