An Ordinance 1. ying 'off a certain portion of the City of
Little Rock, Ark., into a Local Improvement District and
designating the Bounds thereof, said District to be known
as "Street Improvement District No , of the City of
Little Rock, Ark."
liore than lO owners of Raal property within the
bounds herein mentioned have petitioned the City Council of the
City of little Rock, Ark., to take steps looking tovtiard the
mating of local improvements therein by grading, draining,
curbing, guttering and paving in such manner and with such
materials as the commissioners of said district shall .determine
to be for the best interests of the district, the following
streets, to -wit:
Center street from the north property line of Twenty-
third street to a line exten6-ing from the n,) rthvdest corner of
lot four in block five, to the northeast corner of Lot 11 in
block six, in Fu ton's additijn to the City of Little Kock,
rulasai County, Ark.,: Spring street from the north property
line of Twenty-third street to the south property line of
ighteenth street; Nineteenth street from the v: est property
line of Spring street to the east property line of Arch
str et; T'Nentieth street from the .est property line of
Center stree5 to the east property line of Arch street;
Twenty -first street from the west property line of Center
Street to the east property line of Arch street, and Twenty -
Second street from the vest property line of yen terstreet
to the Last property line of Broadway street.

erection 1. That "Street Improvement District Pdo
of the City of Little Nock, Arkansas ", be and the same is
hereby created, laid out and established for the purpose of
making local,. improvements therein by grading, draining, curb-
ing, guttering znd paving in such manner and with such
materials as the commissioners of said district shall determine
to be for the boat interests of tine district, the following
streets, to -w.it: Center street from the north property line
of Twenty -third street to a line extending from the
northwest coiner of lot four in block five, to the northeast
corner of L,)t 11 in Mock six, in i'ulton °s gdditi,;n to the
City of Little 'lock, Pulaski Uounty, Ara.: Spring street from
the north property line of Twenty -third street to the south
property line of Eighteenth street; Dineteenth street from
the west property line of apring street to the east property
line of Arch street; Twentiehh street from the west property
line of Venter street to the east property line of Arch
street; Twenty -first street from the west property line of
Center street to the east property line of tirch street, and
twenty- second street from the west property line of Center
street to the east property line of Broadway street, in
accordance with an Act of tae General Assembly of the state
of Arkansas entitled "An Act to ji gulate the 1�anner of
Assessing Real Property for L ,)cal Improvements in.Uities of

the First and Second Class ", approved LiF -rch 22, 1881, and
amendments thereof.
Section 2. That the District hereby created, laid
out end estapli hed, shall include that portion of the City
of Little stock, Ark. described as follov�s, to -wit:
Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 5.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in block 12•
L.)ts 1, a, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in block 13.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Black 20•
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 in Block 6.
All of blocks 11, 14, 19, 15, 7, 8 and 9.
Lots 1 to 12 inclusive in sub- divisijn block 10.
Lots 4, 5, 61, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, in Block'`2.
Late 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 1.
Lots 1, 2, 3,1J, 11 and 12 in -clock 16.
Lots 1,2,3,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 in block 18.
All of the above described real property being located
and situated in Fulton's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, BulaskiCounty, Arkansas, and also,
Lots 15 and 16 in Block 203, City of Lithe 10",
Bulaski County, Arkansas, and also,
All that real property lying within 150 feet east of
the east property line of Spring street
from the south property line of 18th stSeet to the north
property line of lot 2 in block 6 Fulton's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Dulaskj: County, Arkan sag .
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed and
Ordinance No. 3431. -� -
this ordinance shgll take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and publication; and the city clerk is
hereby ordered within 20 days from the passage of this
ordinances to publish sane in some newspaper of general cir-
culation in the City of Little Rock, Ark., for one insertion.
