BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
SECTION 1. Tht permission be, an--.-, is hereby granted to
J. F. 1'Iassery to construct a ttvo story store and apartment building
with brick walls of thirteen inch thickness on the rear of his
property at the Northwest corner of Fifth and Victory Streets.
SECTION i. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
ampealed ,..ly insofar as this ordinance 4 at"fected, ana this ordinance
