BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK: t.
Section 1. That the sum of '325.00 be, and the same
is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys in the General Revenue
Fund not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of repairing and
reconstructing sanitary sewer on Broadway Street between 1,iarkham
Street and Second Street; and the Taayor and City Clerk are here-
by authorized to draw the Cit-T's warrant or warrants for the sun
of $325.00 at such maturity or maturities as they may deem for
the best interest of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and
after its passage.
