SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to lease

Addition, at a rental of $60.00 per annum, entire amount paya-
ble in advance.
SECTION 2. The details of said lease contract stall
be in the discretion of the said Board., and such action as said
Board shall ta':e in regard thereto is hereby ratified and con-
firmed. Provided, that tYis contract shall not prohibit the
use of said street by public utilities, or the city of Little
Rock, as now or may hereafter be provided by ordinances of the
city of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force from and after its pas;: age.
