W.L.HOLT, AS THE CITY HEALTH OFFICER,,AT FOUR THOUSAND
DOLLARS ?ER ANNUP21.
BE IT OMA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
be and the same is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into am two year[ contract with Dr. W.L.Holt as City Health
Officer at Four Th(busand dollars per annum.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
from and after ite passage.
