3473e y 'r ' ORDINANCE NO. 6n ordinance assessing the value of benefits to be received by the owners of each of the several blocks, lots and parcels of land with- in Street Improvement District No. 363 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, TI' EARS, a majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situ- ated in Street Improvement District No. 363 in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improve- ments therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and pav- ing in such manner and with such materials as the Commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the best interest of the district, Cross Street from the south property line of Test 6th Street to the north property line of `'Test 25th Street, have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the construction of said improvement and that the cost there- of shall be assessed upon the real property in said district ac- cording to the benefits recaived; and, WH:REAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel of real property situated in said district ealuals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and WAR AS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $104,196.62t NO"P, TH3R FOR ,, B IT ORDAIN. D BY THR CITY COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF LITTL ROCK: S 0TION 1: That the said several blocks, lots and par- eels of real property in said Street Improvement District No.363 be and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that 6 2/3 per centum of said ' 's assessment of the value of benefits of each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be paid annually on or before the 15th day of May of each year until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid. The first installment of said assessment shall be paid on or before the 15th day of May, 1924. S CTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordi- nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordi- nance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
