Section 1. T1;AT the Chief of 2olice or his duly
authorized went be and 46 is hereby authorized and directed
to turn over to the County l'reasurer, semi- monthly, all fin6s
collected in municipal court from violators prosecuted by
the Sheriff of Pulaski County or his deputies for Violations
of highway regulations outside of the corporate limits of the
City of Little Pock and to receive from t:.e County 'Treasurer
for 411 sums turned over to him receipts which shall be filed
with the City Collector with the regular reports made by the
s4id Chief of _'oli ce.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from
