SEITION 1. That )3rmission be, and the same is Hereby granted
to J. R. Manning to construct and maintain at 2209 North Garfielq Street,
an individual sewerage system, same to be constructed of concrete, according
to the two ahamber process, same to be air tight, and to lead from the
second ahamber through tile pipe, 20 feet in length, and 6 feet under the
ground into an absorbent or filter pit, which absorbent or filter pit to
be constructed 5 x 6 x 6 feet, which are the dimensions of the septic tank
and same to contain - rushed brick; provided, the said J. R. T:Iannine dis-
connects the above system upon the introduction of a general sewerage
system throughout this addition.
S:s "PTION 2. ";11 oDdinanees or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, only in so far as they affect this ordinance, and
this ordinance shall take effect from and after its Passage.
