BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF "KC CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SEC -'ION 1. That from and after the passage of this ordinance it
shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell milK or buttermilk

S,CTIOiN 2. nay person, firm or corporation violating the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdem-anor, and upon conviction
in Lunicinal Oourt shall be fined in the sum of ;;15.00 to X25.00, and each sale
shall be a se- aarate offense.
S UTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and afte-- its
passage.
