'Whereas, special permission has been granted J. F. Massery to con-
struct a two story store and apartment building on Lot 9, Block 343, 3arton's
Subdivision by Ordinance 3435, and,
`,` hereas, the plans of the building call for ar, extension of a portion
of the second story of about 11 x 3 feet to extend over the side walk, and,
'dhereas, the building is in course of construction,

SECTION 1. That special permission is hereby -iven to J. F. Massery
to construct an extension, approxinately of 11 x 3 feet, of the second story
over the side v.alk on the above described property, vrhich is to remain t -.ere
only as long as the building exists.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall ta'r..e effect from and after its
passage.
