CLEANING DEPARTMEENT , AIM FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI %ED BY THE CIrT'Y COMXIL OF `011E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AFKANSAS:
Section 1. That the stun of Seventy -five
Hundred Dollars (47500), or as much thereof as may be necessary,
be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
Auto Fund not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of purchas-
ing one Austin 1-otor rickup Sweeper from Austin La.nufacturing
Coxnlany for the Street Cleaning Department, and the Layor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the "Ji.ty1 s
warrant, or warrants, not exceeding the total sum of Seventy -five
Hundred Dollars (47500), made payable to Austin lianufacturing
Company, and with such maturity, or maturities as they may deers
for the best interests of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage.
