3507ORDINANCE N 0 . 3507 1 An Ordir_ame assessing the value of benefits to be received by the a, ers of each of the several blocks, lots and parcels of land within Paving District No. 386 of the City of Little Rock. Thereas, a majority in value of the property holders owning propert;, adjoining the localityT to be affecte and situated in Paving District .To. 386 in the City of Little Rock, organized for the purpose of making local improve- meat therein by paving Ozark Avenue from the north side of Prospect Avenue to the East side of Zorth Woodrow Street, and Louise Street from the south line of Ozark Avenue to the north lire of Prospect Avenue, and the north half of Lee Avenue from t3ie East line of Louise Street to the East lire of .Torth Woodrow Street, and Qn ^orth Toodr w Street from the north line of Lee Avenue to the IIorth line of Ozark Avenue extended east, in the manner and of the materials that the cormissioners for the said district shall deem for the best interest of the.district, have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property in said district according to the benefits received; and, `hereas, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and par- eel of real propert., railroad and railroad rin�it -of way situated in said dis- trict equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and, "Thereas, the estimated cost of said improvement is Seventeen 7- housand .,Tine ??unfired and Sixty Five and 15/100 Dollars ($17,965.15), and the assessment 00 benefits amount to therefore, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock; Section 1.
