of the several blocks, lots and parcels of land within Curb, Gutter, Drainage and
Sidewalk District IIo. 387 of the City of Little Rock.

adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Curb, ^utter, Drainage and
Sidewalk District .so. 387 in the City of Little 'Pock, organized for the purpose
of making local improvement therein by constructing sidewalks abutting on and
around docks One (1) and Two (2), Fairfax TerAa.ce Addition, and also construct-
ing curbs, :;utters, drainage and sidewalks on Ozark Avenue from trB 7orth side of
Prospect Avenue to the East side of _orth `aoodrow, and on Louise Street frcr the
south line of Ozark Avenue to the north line of Prospect Avenue, and .on the ? orth
uklf. of Lee Avenue from the vast line of Louise Street to the East line of =;orth
bodr(r Street, and on forth Woodrow Street from the _'orth line of Lee Avenue to
the north line of 0zar7L Avenue extended east, in the manner a., o_° the materials
that the commissioners for the said district s)7n1l dean for the best interest of
the district, have petitioned the City- Council of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, for the construction of said improvement and that the cost tereof
shall be assessed upon the real property in said district according to the
benefits received; and,

of real property-, railroad and railroad rift -of way situated in said district
equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and,

ment list as the same now rarains in the office of the City Clerk of the City
