SECTIOd 1. That permission is hereby granted to the Herman
Mc Cain Construct ion Company to erect and construct a drive -in
gasoline filling station, on the south -west corner of Third and
High streets, of the city of Little Rock., Arkansas. This station
to be of frame construction and the permit to be issued by the
City Engineer upon payment of fees as prescribed by o- dinance,
for this class of buildings.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in so
far as they conflict herewith are hereby revealed and th` s or-
dinance shall be in full force an�7 effect f ror and after its
passage.
