AN ORDIINANCE TO MAKE UNIFORM THE "VIDTH OF
IZARD STREET BET VEEN 'PO JRTE"';NTH STREET A--',TD
T "' ENTY -THIRD STREET, AIdD FOR M OTHER PUR-
POSES.
WHEREAS, Izard Street is now t-Arty -six feet wide be-
tween ,Fourteenth Street and -,;right Avenue and thirty feet between
right zvenue and Twenty -third Street, and;
the Commissioners' of Street Improvement Dis-
trict No. 362 of the City of little :Rock, Aransas, desire to
make said street a uniform width of thirty feet between Fourteenth
Street and i,lent y- third Street:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE] CITY COUNCIL OF TIE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1 - That the width of Izard Z)treet between Fourteenth
Street ai1d ;;'right venue be, and the same is hereby, fixed at
thirty feet :
Section 2 - The Commissioners of Street I -virovement District No.
362 of the City of Kittle Rock, tIrkansas, are hereby authorized
and directed, in making the irmprovemeht on Izard Street between
.Fourteenth it-reet and :`:'right Avenue, to move any and all existing
curb and Marrow said portion of the street to conform iiith Section
One hereof:
Section 3 - All ordinances and -arts of ordinances in conflict
here.,vith are hereby -repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
