Section 1. That the Arkarsaw lVatar Company be and
it is hereby ordered and directed to extend ;t: water mains alcr�;
':
= venue from Tyler to Traylor Street, and to install fire
hydrants at locations desir•na,ted by the Chief of the B'i-re .vo-
partment, on the northeast corner of Prospect and Polk, and
northeast corner of Prospect and Taylor :streets.
Section 2. This extension and hydrants are ordered
in accordance with Section 8 of Ordinance l;o. 3290, ;gassed August
13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinance 3442 passed larch 24, 1924.
Section 3. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances
in conflict here,17ith are hereby repealed on1 -TT insofar as the;;
conflict c!ith this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinarce sh1n11 tape effect and be
in force from and after its passace.
