An Ordinance to Regulate the Heighth of Buildings and
Rouses within a Certain Portion of the City of Little
Rock and for Other Purposes.
Be It Ordained By The City Council Of The City of Little
Rock:
Section 1. 1, 'That ifshall be unlawful for any person, firm .
or corporation to erect, construct or build any building,
mouse, edifice or construction ofi'- any y ril d, style or
type to exceed thirty feet in heighth above the highest
curb grade elevation as established by the City Council
ey of the City of little Rock on the adjacent streets on
which said building, edifice, house or construction abuts in
the following district of the City of little Rock:

Victory street, on the South by Seventh street and on the
D pest by the Nest boundary of the state capitol grounds.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdeameanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined w1,000 and every day of mud
work done on said building, house, construction or edifice
shall n - constitute a separate offense.
