MAY BE NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE FORD TRUCK CAB AND
CHASSIN FOR THE GARBAGE DEPARTYRNTJ AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE'S.
BE IT OF.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of Five Bur-dyed Three
Dollars (503.00) , or as much thereof as may be necessary, be
and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
fgeneral fund not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of
purchasing one Ford truck chassis and cab from Freeman and
Freeman, for the Garbage Department, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the city's
warrant, or warrants, not eyceeding the total sum of Five
Hundred 'Three Dollars (503.00) made payable to Freeman
and Freeman, and with such maturity, or maturities, as they
may deem for the best interests of the City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
