Section 1. That the sum of Three Thousand Six Hundred and Forty -
three Dollars and flighty eents, be, and the same is he reby approprbated,
out of the �xAt round, for the purchase of one Eight
Ton Tandem Steam Roller, of r the Street Department.

Section 2. That the ?Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw the City's warrant or warrants of such dates and matur-
ities, as they may deem to be for the best interests of the city, nude
payable to the BuffaJ6- Springfield Roller Company, of Springfield, Ohio.
Section 3. This ordinance to be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
